Where can I find my order number?
It is in the subject and body of your order confirmation email, and under My Account → Orders if you checked out with an account.
Why isn't my tracking information updating?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show after dispatch, and updates may pause while a parcel is in transit between countries or in customs.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address before the order is dispatched, but not after it has shipped.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier and our returns policy to resolve it.
