1. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, order details, and messages you send through our contact form, return form or chat.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and items added to the cart or wishlist.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to process and deliver orders, take payment, provide customer support, handle returns and refunds, send order and service emails, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Marketing emails are sent only if you subscribe, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies keep your cart, wishlist and login working and remember your preferences. Your wishlist and view preferences may also be stored in your browser.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as the cart and checkout, will not work without them.

We share information only with service providers who need it to operate the store: payment processors (card data is handled by the payment provider and is not stored on our servers), shipping and logistics partners, hosting and email providers, and professional advisers.

5. Chat Assistant

Our chat assistant is an automated AI service. Messages you send in the chat are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate replies. Please do not share payment card numbers or passwords in the chat.

To look up an order, the assistant asks for your order number and the email used at checkout and only shows order details when both match.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

You can update your account details and addresses in My Account. For other requests, contact us through the Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Data Retention

We keep order and account records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements, and then delete or anonymise them.

9. Children's Privacy

The store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Transfers

We ship internationally and work with providers in different countries, so your information may be processed outside your country of residence. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected.
